Step 1:Get Rid of Old Habits

We all know how hard it is to achieve the "perfect body" and feel great every single day. Everyone is too focused on getting extreme results, fast. There is your first mistake; Remember the tortous who won the race? That could be you!
Old habits are hard to break, so start slow. Believe it or not, one of the most affective ways to feel better and look better is sleep. When you're younger you are fed up with your parents forcing you to go to bed early and get a good nights sleep, and as you grow up your life becomes so busy you lose out on sleep and just wish that you could go back to the amount of sleep you used to get. The fact is, everyone should get at least seven hours of sleep a night to feel functional enough to make it through the day. No, I am not a doctor, but I have learned these tricks from simple experience. I used to sleep about four hours a night, and sure, my body got used to it which made me feel like I didn't need the sleep. Everyday, though, I would feel grumpy by four, stomach pains occasionally throughout the day, and gradually more and more headaches. Now who wants to work out when they are tired and groggy? No one! Believe me, after forcing yourself to sleep even an hour earlier than usual a night, a few days later you will see your improvement in energy. Energy is not the only plus here either! Theres nothing better than doing your daily tasks with bright eyes and well-rested skin; People will notice and you will gradually get the results you want!!
